国投塔山煤矿石炭系巨厚煤层开采设计研究

摘要: 国投塔山煤矿5(3-5)号煤层为石炭二叠系巨厚煤层,随着上覆2号煤层的回采,对压覆煤层开采提出了新的问题。针对此问题,通过对巨厚煤层采用综采放顶煤时顶煤的冒放性进行科学、正确的分析,以及工作面设备进行选型计算,确定了巨厚煤层放顶煤开采的可行性和工作面参数以及工作面设备选型参数,为以后类似工作面设计提供实际工程借鉴。

Abstract: For Tashan coal mine, Coal Seam #5(3-5) belongs to Permian-Carboniferous ultra thick coal seam. With mining in the overlying Coal Seam #2, more concerns are pulled for mining activity of underlying coal seams. This article focuses on fully-mechanized workface with top coal caving in the ultra thick coal seam, and analyzes caving ability and characteristic of top roof coal as well as the selection and calculation for mining equipment in the working face. It is determined on the issues of the feasibility of top caving mining method in ultra thick coal seam, and corresponding parameters of working face design and mining equipment selection. The article could provide practical reference for future similar working face mining design.
